Note: Kids ministry will not be available at all services until further notice.
By reserving a spot for a service this weekend, I affirm the following for me and, if applicable, my family:
- I am not currently sick, nor am I displaying flu-like symptoms (that are unrelated to pre-existing conditions) which may include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, and/or a temperature of 100.4° or higher, nor have I had prolonged exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- I understand that activities involved in gathering for worship carry health-related risks that can be minimized but not eliminated.
- I understand that if I am at a higher risk for severe illness due to age or underlying health conditions, I should seriously consider worshiping from home.
- I will show love to my neighbor by taking appropriate personal precautions, exercising discretion in how I interact with others, avoiding all physical contact, and to cooperate with the pre-set seating arragements.
What to expect when attending an upcoming TCRCC outdoor worship service?
Important CDC orientation posters will be on display for educational purposes. Please note that all state regulations can be found here, and we have prepared this plan for our church to be able to responsibily serve the body of Christ.
In order to re-open we need to comply with the following state safety measures:
- Every person on the church premises should wear a mask.
- Social distancing measures are necessary.
- Attendees are encouraged to wash/sanitize their hands often. Stations for this will be available.
- COVID-19 Supervisors have been assigned in each service. This is a state requirement for re-opening.
- This volunteer’s job is to make sure that we are consistently following our plan regarding the above safety measures and be available on-site for compliance questions, so when in doubt, make sure to check in with them.
Family units of two or more should bring their own seating (like lawnchairs or other mobile outdoor seating). Tables and marked areas will be provided, but you will need to set up your own area. Please arrive early enough to arrive and set up. To manage the contingency of rain, please bring a small tent or awning for your area. (Fair warning it can sometimes get a bit windy.)
Please make sure to consistently maintain a safe social distance particularly as you make your way back to your car from the field.
3 main seating sections will be available:
- Family units of more than 3
- Smaller family units / couples section
- Individual seating section
Establishing seating areas will allow us to ensure social distancing guidelines. Each family unit needs to be 6’ away from each other. This applies to all other seating sections as well. Social distancing guidelines have been implemented as established by state and federal regulations.
- Seating attendants will be available to help you locate your seating section.
- Security volunteers will be working to complete security and safe-church functions.
New COVID-19 safety practices
- Handshakes and hugs are totally discouraged.
- Please bring your own hand sanitizer, tissues and masks. The church will also have these items available.
- Please avoid touching your face, nose, and eyes.
- Alternate seating arrangements such as families seated partially with other families or friends, while understandably something we all yearn for, places us all out of compliance and at risk of sanctions and/or getting shutdown, so please respect the seating arrangements and other COVID-19 safety practices.
New waste bin and hand-sanitizing stations
Waste bin and hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout the field. Please note these locations as you arrive.
Restroom use and attendants
Restrooms will be limited to 2 attendees / restroom. Attendants will be available to assist with the foot traffic in and out of the church building, which is closed to the public except for the use of the bathrooms during services. Please make sure to clean up after yourself and to wash your hands after use.
Symptom self-screening

When to stay home
Any person who presents 2 or more of the following symptoms in the last 1-14 days is kindly required to stay home, this way we can prevent and lower the risk of infection:
- Fever (100.4 F)
